Cover Lover – 2 New Titles

Only two this time before I go pass out for the night.  I guess this one has been confirmed for the cover for Heart of Atlantis in the Warriors of Poseidon series.  Alyssa Day posted it on her Facebook page as a done deal.  Hm, still with tiger-Jack featured prominently.  Still not quite sure what Alaric is grabbing at.  I am getting the feeling (and only a feeling) that this might be the end of the series.  With the new series starting in 2012, and both Jack and Alaric on the front, it has got me wondering.   Oh, well.  This one will be out on February 7th.

And next up is the first book from a new series starting next year that I am looking forward to.  Katie Reus will debut the first book from her Moon Shifter series, Alpha Instinct, next February 7th, as well.

    • Alaric’s story is the big one for me, too. Scary about getting the one you are really waiting for, since there isn’t much to look forward to after that.

  1. I give up reading Atlantis series a long time ago, because 1st book just an “okay” for me. I want to continue reading it, but distracted with other title. I hope, I can read the rest later, because I know Heart of Atlantis is the last, so I don’t have to wait the new installment :)

Katie Reus’s book seems good, and shifter is my favorite genre. I think this one have more UF vibe than PNR, but who knows

    • Atlantis for me has always been a iffy one, a like, not love. Have you heard that it is the last book, Ren? I am just guessing that it is, so good to know I am not nuts.

  2. I took a look at her website and it looks like at least way back when she had plans for a book for Denal and Jack too.

    • Yeah, that is what I was going by too. Jack’s was originally supposed to come before Alaric’s…but when I saw the Tiger on the cover of Alaric’s book, and realized that Jack’s had been skipped, I started wondering.

It is a shame if it is the end, because either way Jack gets shortchanged. He either gets ignored, or squeezed into the background of the most anticipated book in the series. At least that is how it is looking.
