There are still a couple that I am faithfully looking for (all new Lover Reborn, I hope) but I have to thank Lea for this one. Virna DePaul released the cover for the third book in her Para Ops series, this one called Chosen by Sin. This is Dex’s story, I believe, but there is no official release date as of yet.
The second one is from a former favorite series of mine that has lost steam the last few books. Christine Warren returns to her world of The Others with the April 24th release of On The Prowl. Even though I have not enjoyed the last four books or so, I still go into a new one with high hopes. I do wonder if this one is Tess and Raphael’s story…

. I love this series. I have yet to begin reading Chosen By Fate, but that’s only because my book group is now reading A Touch of Crimson and I wanted to be reading that book at the same time. Also, this series has a prequel novella called Wraith’s Awakening. It’s supposed to be ear before Chosen By Blood (book 1), but did not come out until after book 1. I know I mentioned I rarely read prequels, but I made an exception to this one because one, it was free, and two, Wraith is a kick a$$ enough character for me to care about her backstory. 
I’ve always been drawn to storylines that involve ops teams. This is why I also love Harlow’s L.O.S.T. series. Highly recommend that one, too!!
Hey, free is good. I have been busy adding the prequels, e-books and novellas to all of the reading lists for the new releases, and I can’t believe how many are going back and doing the prequel thing.
Oh, I missed a prequel and a free one at that? I am slipping:)
On the Prowl isn’t going to be Tess and Rafe, the one coming out soon is a rewrite of one of the old ‘Fae’ ones in the series and Warren is alternating rewrites and new stories, So this one is new (another hint is that Rafe isn’t a tiger), but the one after should finally be Tess and Rafe.
Thanks, melindeeloo. I am looking forward to Tess and Rafe, but since my raging disappointment in the last few original ones that makes me sort of meh on this one, then. Too bad, since I used to love the Others books, too.
A little late, but I just saw you posted about Chosen By Sin’s cover. It’s coming out in a few weeks!–thank you for your interest and the great comments about the series (Hi Lea!)
