Pick of the Week…

Another Tuesday, another pick of the week.  There were a couple that I was looking forward to this time around, like The Real Werewives of Vampire County (for the Alexandra Ivy Guardians of Eternity story), and Jacquelyn Frank‘s Adam.  But this week, I had to go with my Bones love.   The Bite Before Christmas is a duology featuring Jeaniene Frost (with a Night Huntress story), and Lynsay Sands (with an Argeneau story).

Synopsis…

In Lynsay Sands’ “The Gift,” Katricia Argeneau knows grey-eyed cop Teddy Brunswick is her life mate. She just needs to convince him they belong together, and being snowbound in a secluded cabin will make this a Christmas neither will forget.

It’s “Home for the Holidays” in Jeaniene Frost’s Night Huntress series. Cat and Bones may long to wrap presents and set up a tree, but this Christmas, an evil vampire and long-buried family secrets will threaten to take a bite out of their holiday cheer.

Aaand, that reminds me that I am now three Cat and Bones stories behind.

  1. I’m just waiting for my copy to ship out…pre-ordered randomly from Overstock.com because they had a better price than Amazon & a special “free shipping” deal at the time I ordered. Only thing with them, you have to wait awhile for the book to show up :(

I read both series, so I’m lookin’ forward to reading this one!

    • I think mine is in the mail, too, but Book Depository seems to be taking longer to ship now that Amazon has a hand in things. I am only a Bones girl, but with only the two stories in the book it should still be worth while length wise to grab it.

      • Good lord, that and a ton of others. Yet as much as I whine, I couldn’t stand not having a whole load of books on the TBR mountain. Guess I just like to torture myself.
