Spotlight on…Kresley Cole

Over on her Facebook page, Kresley Cole has shared some info about her upcoming releases through next year…

  • June 19th is the release date for the mass market paperback version of Lothaire.  The good news is that it will include an exclusive three chapter excerpt from the upcoming IAD spin-off book, Shadow’s Claim.
  • October 2nd is the release date for Kresley Cole’s first young adult book, Poison Princess.  It will introduce the Arcana Chronicles.
  • November 27th will be the date of Shadow’s Claim, the first Dacian book.  I found it interesting that the series title seems to have gone a bit of a change.  Originally called The Dacians: The Realm of Blood and Mist, I have been seeing it listed lately as IAD: The Dacians.  The cover for this one will be revealed next week.
  • Heading into 2013, things are still looking busy for Kresley.  There will be another Immortals After Dark released next spring, and that will be followed by the second Dacians book in the summer.  Book two of the Arcana Chronicles will follow next fall.

  1. Thanks for the info K! Looking forward to the cover release! That’s great to know it will be next week :-)

    • I am going to have to stalk the facebook page, but I know it will come out when I am at work. Blech, annoying. I am just hoping that this info will help the people who keep asking if the IAD series is done.

      • I haven’t heard anything official yet, but I am guessing Lanthe and Thanatos. ‘Course, that could be wishful thinking on my part.

  2. Geezzzzzzzzz…………… Kane, as I’m sure you know, is LOTU!! I had visited too many websites that day, I guess!! Sorry!! I would guess Lanthe as well!!!!

    • Glad I am not the only one who mixes them up sometimes (I still can’t get the Kerrelyn Sparks and Lynsay Sands series straight. Ever.). I do hope for Kane, but I think I would love Torrin’s story first. My LoTU favorite.

      • Oh come on Kaleigha!!!!! Kane has been stuck in hell for two books now!!!!! LOL!!! I want to see Torrin’s story too. I’m waaaay curious how she’ll work around his demon!!

AND, I love Sparks and Sands, but have to stop and think about which is which all of the time!! Welcome to the club!!

      • Darn, poor Kane. I forgot about the Hell thing – maybe we will cut the dude some slack, then.

  3. ah. good to know this.
from posion princess excerpt, i think the series will be exciting as all KC books.
(i’m not into YA much… but KC is definitely an exception)
