Twice Tempted Giveaway…

giveawayLike I said in an earlier post, March is a great month for new releases that I have been anxiously waiting to get my hands on (Wild Invitation came today, which was a biggie for me). My next must-have-now is Vlad and Leila’s second Night Prince story from Jeaniene Frost, Twice Tempted. Today’s giveaway is for not just Twice Tempted, but the first book as well, Once Burned.

twice temptedTwice Tempted…

Dating the Prince of Darkness has its challenges . . .

Leila’s psychic abilities have been failing her, and now she isn’t sure what the future holds. If that weren’t enough, her lover Vlad has been acting distant. Though Leila is a mere mortal, she’s also a modern woman who refuses to accept the cold shoulder treatment forever—especially from the darkly handsome vampire who still won’t admit that he loves her . . .

Like choosing between eternal love and a loveless eternity . . .

Soon circumstances send Leila back to the carnival circuit, where tragedy strikes. And when she finds herself in the crosshairs of a killer who may be closer than she realizes, Leila must decide who to trust— the fiery vampire who arouses her passions like no other or the tortured knight who longs to be more than a friend? With danger stalking her every step of the way, all it takes is one wrong move to damn her for eternity . . .

once burnedAnd book #1, Once Burned…

After a tragic accident scarred her body and destroyed her dreams, Leila never imagined that the worst was still to come: terrifying powers that let her channel electricity and learn a person’s darkest secrets through a single touch. Leila is doomed to a life of solitude…until creatures of the night kidnap her, forcing her to reach out with a telepathic distress call to the world’s most infamous vampire…

Vlad Tepesh inspired the greatest vampire legend of all–but whatever you do, don’t call him Dracula. Vlad’s ability to control fire makes him one of the most feared vampires in existence, but his enemies have found a new weapon against him – a beautiful mortal with powers to match his own. When Vlad and Leila meet, however, passion ignites between them, threatening to consume them both. It will take everything that they are to stop an enemy intent on bringing them down in flames.

The good news is that there will be a third book in the Night Prince series, since Jeaniene said there was just too much story left to tell to wrap it all up in two books. Hopefully next up will be Ian’s story. If you would like to win both Twice Tempted and Once Burned, just leave a comment in this post. All entrants welcome, as long as you have made at least one previous comment on Wicked Scribes. Winner to be chosen at random with Random.org, contest ending Sunday nite at Midnight, Atlantic time. Good luck to all!

  1. Awesome giveway, thanks. I have often wanted to try Jeaniene Frost and this would be a great opportunity.

  2. Ohhhh! Definitely want book 2 as well. I listened to book 1 and really enjoyed it. Jeaniene Frost has to write about Ian, I mean everyone else got a book. Spade, Mencheres and now Vlad.
I hope I win. Thanks for the giveaway

  3. I agree that Ian needs his own book. Is he series-worthy? Or can his story be told in just one book? I can’t wait to read Vlad’s second book. I really liked his first one – he’s definitely one of my favorite characters from the series.

  4. I’m SOOOO excited for Twice Tempted too! AND Up From The Grave (Night Huntress #7) when it releases later this year! I’ve been dying for my Cat & Bones fix also.
Thank you for the chance to win! :D

  5. Such a talented writer. I really enjoy how her different series weave the lives of all the characters together.

  6. Woo, glad I made it back to the real world (who knew life without the internet was so hard) in time to post! I just love Vlad.

    • I love Vlad! Winning this giveaway would surely set my mailbox on fire haha. Corny joke, but thanks for the contest!
