Cover Lover – 2 New Titles

This is a quiet week for new series, and I didn’t really have a pick of the week, either. Instead, it looks like I will be doing another little cover lover post. Let’s start with the second book from Jacquelyn Frank‘s new Immortal Brothers series. Cursed by Ice will be released on March 31st.

And this second new one is from Alexandra Ivy. When Darkness Ends is the last traditionally published Guardians of Eternity book, and it is due out on May 26th.

I am not looking forward to seeing the end of the Guardians, I must admit. I know that they will continue in a non-traditionally published way, but I never seem to follow them as well when they go to self-pubbed. Going to have to try and keep this one on my radar, though.

Cover Lover – The Asylum Tales

Hey all…I made it back in one piece. Something like 12 hours of sleep total over the course of the last 5 days, but whatcha gonna do? Easing back into things, I thought I would up the three covers for the serialized last book in Jocelynn Drake‘s Asylum Tales series.

The first installment is called Demon’s Fury, and it will be released on October 14th.

The second part is called Demon’s Vow, and it will be out on October 21st.

And things wrap up on October 28th with Inner Demon.

Cover Lover – 5 New Titles

Cover time again, and a couple of these are on my must-read list, which is always a bonus. Let’s start with The Ruby Circle, which will be the sixth and final book in Richelle Mead‘s Bloodlines series (even though you just know there will be a series about Eddie and Jill. Right?), which is due out on February 10th.

I was surprised a few weeks ago to see perennial favorite Jennifer L. Armentrout announce a new series she has in the works that will start on December 10th of this year. The series will be called A Wicked Saga, and the first book will be called Wicked.

wickedMarcella Burnard‘s next Living Ink book has a cover, too. Bound by Ink will be released in e-format on November 18th.

Next up is Jennifer Ashley and Mate Bond, which is from her Shifters Unbound series. It has a release date of April 7th.

And wrapping things up for this post is Miss Mayhem, which is the second book in the Rebel Belle young adult series from Rachel Hawkins. Look for it on April 7th.

miss mayhemI have heard many people say that they find the Bloodlines covers ugly. I didn’t think they were amazing, but I never found anything particularly wrong with them, either. But Ruby Circle? Might be able to make a case for that one being a bit on the fugly side, honestly. And the Miss Mayhem one is a bit tacky looking, but it does fit the fun feeling of the series so I think it works. And a new series from Jennifer L. Armentrout is always something to look forward to. I swear that woman must write 24 hours a day, though.

Cover Lover – 7 New Titles

It has been a while since I have come across a biggie cover, one that I have been eagerly anticipating…and this batch doesn’t change that. But I guess they can’t all be the big one.

Let’s start with a newbie from Donna Grant. Night’s Blaze is from her Dark Kings series, and it is due out on March 31st.

Rebecca Zanetti continues her Sins Brothers series with the release of Total Surrender on March 31st.

These next three are all young adult. Maria V. Snyder is starting up her Study series again, and Shadow Study will be released on February 24th.

Suzanne Young is putting out a companion novel to her Program series. The Remedy will be released on April 21st.

And the final one for today comes from Sarah Fine. Marked is the first book of the Servants of Fate series, and it will be released on January 1st.

That wraps things up for this batch. Anything catch your eye? There wasn’t a stand-out for me from this batch, but maybe better luck next time.

Cover Lover – 2 New Titles

Hard to believe how long it has been since any new covers came my way, and there is only two to break the ice. This first one is from Jacquelyn Frank‘s upcoming Immortal Brothers series. Cursed by Fire is due out on February 24th.

This second is from Paige Tyler‘s upcoming SWAT series (Special Wolf Alpha Team). Hungry Like The Wolf is due out on January 6th.

Cover Lover – Rock Addiction

Word recently broke that Nalini Singh is releasing a New Adult contemporary book called Rock Addiction, which was to be the first book of what was called The Schoolboy Choir series. Well, now it seems the series name has changed to Rock Kiss, and the cover is just now heading our way…

Rock Addiction coverYes? No? No and you are excited anyways? What is your take on Rock Addiction, will you be following Nalini into her new venture? Look for this one in both print and e-format on September 9th.

Cover Lover – Burned, Take II

All credit for this one totally goes to Amber, who gave me the heads-up that Karen Marie Moning posted the updated cover for her next Fever/Dani O’Malley book, Burned. Not nearly as epic as the hardcover for Iced, which I thought was terrific, but it does match up with the paperback re-release. I am still looking forward to it when it comes out on January 20th.

Cover Lover – Cold Burn of Magic

On a quick side note, I had grand plans to add image galleries and blurbs to all of the listings in the Series Reading List section, but unfortunately that didn’t work out. I was chugging along a little at a time, and I had almost finished all of the “A” authors, when things went wonky. It seems that it was just too much for the blog to handle, and it was resulting in both really, really slow loading times and difficulty updating. It is too bad, too, since I liked the idea of it, but at least I am going to update and reformat everything. I am really sorry it didn’t work out, but at least it was worth a shot.

Back to business. Jennifer Estep recently wrapped up her Mythos Academy series, but we won’t have long to wait for another YA series from her. Cold Burn of Magic is the first book of her upcoming Black Blade series, and it is due out on April 28th.

It has been a while since my last Cover Lover post, so a few of these have already been out and around for a while. I guess new-to-me counts for something, right? Let’s start with Jennifer Ashley‘s Shifters Unbound novella collection, Shifter Mates. It is a print bind-up of Lone Wolf and Feral Heat, and it is due out on March 3rd.
