Cover Lover – 7 New Titles

It looks like it is time for another cover post. There are seven in this batch, but nothing that really jumps out at me and says “you must read me!”. This first one is from the upcoming Hellhound series from Caitlin Kittredge, Black Dog. It is due out on October 28th.

black dogUp next is the cover for Low Midnight, which is the next book in Carrie Vaughn‘s Kitty Norville series. It is due out next January.

low midnightKeri Arthur‘s re-releasing of back titles continues with Penumbra, the third book of her Spook Squad series. Look for this one on October 28th.

penumbraMelissa F. Olsen‘s Hunter’s Trail is up next. It is the third book from her Scarlett Bernard series, and it will be available on September 2nd.

hunter's trailThese next two are young adult novella covers. Outcast is a novella from C.J. Redwine‘s Defiance series, and it will be out on July 1st.

outcastAnd Stardawn is a prequel from Phoebe North‘s Starglass series, which will be released on June 3rd.

stardawnAnd finally, we have the cover redesign for upcoming Lux series bind-ups. The first four titles in Jennifer L. Armentrout‘s Lux series will be re-released into two volumes called Lux: Beginnings and Lux: Consequences, on June 3rd. This is the cover for Consequences. I have to say, I liked the original ones better. These look like magazine covers to me, for some reason.

    I have to agree, the last one looks a bit like a magazine cover. (I wonder of that look was intentional?) And I like the cover to Stardawn, it’s pretty without being overwhelming.
