Cover Lover – 5 New Titles

Cover time again. Let’s get started with the cover for Otherworld Nights, a collection of novellas from Kelley Armstrong‘s Otherworld series. It will be released on October 28th.

otherworld nightsNext up is the final book from Kim Harrison‘s Rachel Morgan/The Hollows series. The Witch With No Name will be released on September 9th.

the witch with no nameLove the series…the new cover style not so much. The fifth and final book from Jennifer L. Armentrout‘s Lux series, Opposition, will be released on August 5th.

oppositionMarissa Clark starts her new Underveil series with the release of Love Me To Death on October 28th.

love me to deathNot much has been known about the upcoming series from author Ally Condie until now. It looks like the first book of the Rio series will be called Atlantia, and it is due out on November 4th.

atlantiaMeh, not feeling the Opposition cover. Can’t wait for the book in a way, even though it is the end of the series, but the new cover design gives me more of a magazine vibe than a book cover. Not sure that that is the best angle to shoot cover-dude from, either, since he looks a little on the bloated-and-scruffy side. Just saying…

I am 2 books behind in The Hollows but I WILL be caught up by the time this one is released, waited a long time for this, hope it lives up to my self imposed hype.

Hey, it’s another magazine cover for the LUX series, lol!

But I’m loving the cover for ATLANTIA! (I wonder if this book has anything to do with Atlantis…the shell and the sea imagery, plus the name, seem to fit…might check it out if it does.)

Yeah, and Damon looks like he had a bit of a rough night on that cover, too. Not the most flattering pic.

And Atlantia is definitely set in an underwater world, which could be interesting. The only other series I have read like that would be Warriors of Poseidon. Oh, and Of Poseidon, too.

I forgot about Gena Showalter’s series…I really enjoyed them, too. They were just fun, silly little reads.
