LOL, totally screwed my reading/review schedule up (had the book for several days and was expecting a release near Christmas, to be honest I think Ilona and Gordon assumed the same thing), you can’t get them all read by release date sometimes so I will just enjoy it for a great story I am sure it is but I gotta finish Queen of Thorns which is an awesome 2nd book in the series.

Messed me up, too. It was 4:00am, and I was planning on being good and going to bed “early” – well, early for me. I read it anyways.

I’ve already gobbled it up and loved it. I never read YA if I can help it, but I am going to follow Derek and Julie’s story if the Andrews’ are going to continue the series. So I read this instead of the two ARCs I still have to review 😉

Yep, me too. I have hope of there being more since not only is it labelled as Kate Daniels #8.5, but also Gray Wolf #1. Hopefully that means that there will be more.

Just downloaded it and can’t wait to read. I’m binge reading anything I can find to get me through to Feverborn in January. Of course, it helps that the Andrews are in my list of top three favorite authors!

Oooh, I just did a re-read of Burned for the character guide, and I had forgotten how much I liked it. Totally can’t wait for Feverborn.

I loved this ebook, Andrews delivered in a big way. Out of curiosity at what age in the book for Julie can their start the Derek/Julie ship? What is the acceptable age difference in this genre? I am asking as a male out of curiosity what females think?

Hm, I guess it is a matter of personal taste. I figure for me the comfort level is around 17-18, since there is only a four year gap between them. Not like some where the gal is a teen and the dude has been around since the dawn of time (helllooo, Dani and pretty much every guy in the Fever series).
